Tiny10 - A shortned version of Windows 10

 Nowadays, some people are very fond of using Windows 10, and most of us are trying to make the machine more compact and lighter. Now, I would like to introduce a version of Windows 10 that has shortened most of the system, named Tiny10. Tiny10 has 2 "branches"

+ Branch 1 is version 1809 (released and no longer fixed)

+ Branch 2 is version 21H2 (released and in the process of fixing bugs)

If your computer is too weak, use Tiny10 branch 1, and if your computer is normal to strong, use Tiny10 branch 2.
